Lead generation is one of the fundamental pillars of our Funnel Advertising methodology , focused on improving the results of any company’s digital advertising strategy, as it allows us to capture what were simply visitors to our website and convert them into qualified contacts with whom we can communicate on a regular basis.
At Cyberclick, our first lead generation campaign was almost 25 years ago (more specifically, in 1999). On that occasion, we used a banner to generate contacts .

Success story: how to double lead generation
For this campaign, we designed a landing page titled ” 50 online marketing trends and predictions for 2018 “. On it, we encouraged users to leave us their details to download a PDF guide of the same title.
As with all our campaigns, we focused on ensuring that the landing page met these requirements:
- Contain all the necessary information so that the user understands the benefit and is encouraged to leave their data.
- Include a balanced registration form , that is, one that is as brief as possible but contains all the information we need to qualify the lead.
- Have a simple and clear design .
Based on these parameters, we designed two versions of the page and tested them with a multivariate test (MTV) . The result was incredible: the first version of the landing page recorded a conversion rate from visit to lead Emerging brother cell phone list trends of 18.13%, while the second version had a conversion rate of 45.95%, that is, more than double.
The keys to success were a cleaner design, where the white background predominated, and placing the form closer to the top of the page.
Naturally, by doubling lead generation for the same number of visits, we also manage to drastically reduce the cost per acquisition (CPA) . Moral of the story: never forget to test different variants of your campaigns!
